Start by making a dough by following this recipe, or buy some from your local pizza-pusher.
When you’re ready to start the creation, turn on the pizza oven at the highest heat level. In this case we used the 17″ cozze electric oven, and the oven need to preheat for at least 15-20 minutes to get to the right temperature.
Prepare your ingredients by slicing them in nice sizes, and roll out your dough on a flat surface.
As this is a white pizza, you do not use any tomato sauce or pizza sauce on the dough.
